Born in Truro, she was the daughter of Dora (Wood) and the late Ronald Reade. Ronda was very talented in the art of tole painting in which she took great pride. She loved her flowers, her home and especially her family who were the centre of her life. She was a loving daughter, wife, mother and grandmother and will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her. She is survived by her husband of 47 years, George; daughters, Cheryl (Trent) Graham, Upper Stewiacke, Shelley (Ross) McCabe, Truro; son, Rodney (Stacey), Brookfield; grandchildren, Kaitlyn and Danielle Graham, Ryan and Alex Jenkins; sisters, Judy (Keith) Maxwell, Gloria (Robert) Fisher, Karen (Bert) Vissers; several nieces and nephews. Cremation has taken place. Visitation will be held from 7- 9 p.m. on Wednesday, March 20, 2013 with a memorial service on Thursday, March 21st at 2 p.m. with Rev. Larry Harrison officiating, all in Colchester Community Funeral Home, 512 Willow St., Truro. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or a charity of choice.
