GOFFSTOWN -- Myrtle G. "Jill" Langille, 84, died April 9, 2009, at Massachusetts General Hospital, Boston, following an illness. She was born in Nashua, Dec. 20, 1924, to Cecil and Maude (Terrien) Langille and had resided in Boston for many years before moving to Goffstown in 1986. She was employed as a statistician with George Putnam Fund of Boston. She was a member of Goffstown Congregational Church and volunteered at Goffstown Network and Upreach Therapeutic Riding Center. Her smile and outgoing personality will surely be missed and she will be remembered for her helping hand to others. Family members include two sisters, Priscilla Langille of Manchester, and Shirley Smith of South Londonderry, Vt.; two brothers, Aubrey Langille of Mont Vernon, and Russell Langille of California; and three nephews. SERVICES: Services and burial will be private. Memorial donations may be made to the GEMSA, Goffstown Emergency Medical Services, 18 Church St., Goffstown 03045 or to one's favorite charity. The Cremation Society of NH assisted the family with arrangements.
