Bob was a member of the Lynnhaven Baptist Church in Pocomoke City and was a certified Lay speaker. He served as Sunday school superintendent of Wesley Methodist Church in Stockton for 25 years. He was a U.S. Navy flight radar specialist during WWII. Mr. Pike was a past member of the Stockton Volunteer Fire Dept; past Lt. Gov. and member of the Pocomoke Kiwanis; past president of the Maryland State PTA, he served on the welfare board and a past administrator of the Maryland Welcome Center in Pocomoke City. He was listed in Who's Who in the Italian Space Agency for his efforts in their space program. Bob recently served in various consulting roles until his recent illness.
