Dwight Moody officiating. Graveside services will be at 3:30 p.m. on Monday at Indian Creek Cemetery in Brownwood, Texas. Clarence was born on November 4, 1939 in Brownwood, Texas to Louis and Sarah Wells. He worked as a car salesman for 13 years at Cadle Motor Company. He also worked for the Texas Highway Department for 18 years. Clarence was preceded in death by his parents. Survivors include his wife Jan, daughters Lisa Wells Moody and husband Dwight of Hermitage, Tennessee and Kathryn Louise Wells of Frisco, Texas, stepchildren Michael Davis of Layton, Utah, Justin Davis of Wichita Falls and Laeslie Wiggins of Henrietta, brothers Eddie Wells of Brownwood, Lloyd Wells, Floyd Wells and Andy Wells of Wichita Falls and Danny Wells of Lake Arrowhead, sister Ella Jerrigan of Arlington and grandchildren Kathryn Rene Moody of Martin, Tennessee, Joshua Dwight Moody of Hermitage, Alex and Lane Davis of Layton, Utah, Teagan Kenadee and Gracee Wiggins of Henrietta. Visitation will be from 3 to 4 p.m. on Sunday, October 24, 2004, at Hampton Vaughan Crestview. Clarence was a friend to all and will be missed by all who loved him.
