Obituary: WILLIGAR, Lloyd B. - 78, Smith Hollow Road, Kirkhill, passed away suddenly on Friday, November 19, 2004, in Kirkhill as the result of a motor vehicle accident. Born in Parrsboro Roads, he was a son of the late Melvin and Reta (Bennett) Willigar. He is survived by his wife, the former Roberta (Pettigrew) Bennett; daughters, Linda MacNeil, Edmonton; Donna Hawkins, Bay Bulls, NL; Debbie Sellons, Parrsboro; Patty Willigar, Parrsboro; Brenda Allen (Thearon), Moose River; son, Lloyd Jr. (Linda), Lakelands; stepdaughter, Diane Skidmore (Carl), Kirkhill; stepsons, Gerald Bennett (Mary), Florida; Cameron Bennett (Brenda), Oshawa; sisters, Viola Davis, Parrsboro; Maisie Skidmore, Kirkhill; Alice Boss (Jerry), Attleboro, Mass.; Judy Durning (Ted), Economy; brothers, Trueman (Mary), Moose River; Carl (Suzann), Moose River; Douglas (Sharon), Back Bay, N.B.; Roy (Cora), Victoria, B.C.; 28 grandchildren; 37 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by two brothers, and two sisters in infancy. Visitation 7-9 p.m. today in Smith's Funeral Home, Parrsboro. Funeral will be held 3 p.m. Monday in St. George's Anglican Church, Parrsboro, Rev. Mark Pretty officiating. Burial in the church cemetery.
