Mrs. Eaton was before marriage Miss Satyra Nichols, daughter of the late Wiswell Nichols and Margaret Hawkesworth Nichols and was born in Barss Corner 72 years ago. Following the death of her husband 48 years ago, Mrs. Eaton returned to the old homestead,where she resided with her brother, George, by whom she is survived. Two other brothers also survive, Timothy of Barss Corner and Kenneth of Marlboro, Mass. Interment was in Indian Brook Cemetery, with Rev. W.E. Martell of the Anglican Church conducting the service.
