She leaves to mourn their loss a husband, two daughters, Blanche at home and Jeane of Dorchester, Mass, and three sons, Ernest and James of Roxbury, Mass and Henry of Mayer, Arizona. There is also one sister, Mrs W H Belcher of Upper Canard, and two brothers, Henry Shaw of Lawrencetown, and Harris Shaw of Riverside, California. Mrs. Berteaux was a woman of quiet, loyal Christian character, devoted to her home and family. The funeral took place on Saturday, May 6th, her 73rd birthday. Interment was at Berwick Cemetery.
