Born at Welton Corner, he was the son of Helen (Bowlby) and the late Charles Ogilvie. He served during the Second World War in the Royal Canadian Air Force. Surviving beside his wife, the former Alice Toole, are four sons, David, North Kingston; Jack and Joseph, both at home; Glen, Edmonton; one daughter, Carolyn, Wilmot; three brothers, Merill and Tim, Morden Mountain; Donald, Welton Corner; three grandchildren. The body is at H. C. Lindsay Funeral Home, Berwick. Funeral service will be held Wednesday at 2 p.m. in Aylesford United Church, Rev. Gordon Fraser officiating. Burial will be in North Kingston cemetery.
