(Peckham) Hill Flynn, passed away at home surrounded by his family on Friday, September 10, 2010. Eldest son of John and Sara (Cole) Flynn, Peter was born on the 4th of July, 1941. He was raised in Nahant a 1959 graduate of Lynn Classical High School, going on to graduate from Boston University with a Bachelor of Science degree in 1963. A Captain of the Marine Corps., Peter was a proud Veteran and was a principal of Flynn and Reynolds, Inc. of Lowell until his retirement in 2005. In addition to his wife Anne of 35 years, he leaves three loving daughters, Elaine-Petrine Flynn Girouard, Erin Flynn and her wife Chloe, and Ellen Palmquist and her husband Derek, as well as Anne's children, Nancy Wenty Hill, Barbara Checksfield, and Mary Mattern. He also leaves seven cherished grandchildren, Haley Sophia, Benjamin and Isabella Girouard; Madisyn and Meridyth Palmquist; and Christopher and Molly Checksfield. He is also survived by eight siblings, Patricia Demit, Charles, Martha Stewart (Scott), David, Ann (Rick), Sara Leblanc, Susan Umphrey (Steve), and Paula Dube (Donald).
