  • Obituary: Thursday, July 21, 2005 The Halifax Herald Limited LANGILLE, Franklin Loyal - 73, Tatamagouche, formerly of Malagash, passed away July 19, 2005, in Lillian Fraser Memorial Hospital, Tatamagouche. Born in Malagash, he was a son of the late Loyal and Jean (Hanes) Langille. Frank was a miner for 40 years, having worked at both the Malagash Salt Mine and Pugwash Salt Mine. He also loved to be out fishing lobsters with his sons and grandson. In his youth, he was an avid hockey and baseball player, and a lifelong Montreal Canadiens fan. He enjoyed traveling, and liked to play guitar and sing. Surviving are his wife, the former Mona Currie; daughter, Lyn Clark (Roger), Tatamagouche; sons, Frank (Donna), Tatamagouche; Dale (Wanda) and Darren (Patti), both of Malagash; grandchildren, Philip, Natalie, Carissa, Courtney; great-grandson, Jesse; sister, Maxine McCormick (William), Malagash; special aunt, Jackie McNutt, Hamilton, Ont.; numerous nieces and nephews. Cremation has taken place. No public visitation by request. A memorial service will be held 2 p.m. Friday, July 22, in Sedgwick Memorial Presbyterian Church, Tatamagouche, Ms. Herma Binnema officiating. Burial will be in Miners' Cemetery, Malagash, with a gathering to follow in the Malagash Mines Community Hall. Family flowers only. Memorial donations to Sedgwick Memorial Presbyterian Church or North Shore Health Services Foundation would be appreciated. Arrangements have been entrusted to Coulter's Funeral Home, P.O.
