Obituary: LANGILL, Ina C.
80, Pugwash, went to be with the Lord, on Saturday, January 31, 2009.
Born in Pugwash, she was a daughter of the late Arthur and Jennie
(Miles) Benjamin. For many years Ina had worked as a Personal Care
Worker at the Sunset Rehabilitation Center. She was an active member
of Pugwash Baptist Church, Women's Missionary Society, and Rebekah
Lodge, Silver Spray No. 1. Surviving are her sons, Geoff (Anita),
Sheldon (Barb), Lowell (Alma), all of Pugwash; grandchildren,
Christina (Nathan Portier-West) , Mike (Jennifer), Wenzy Belmes, Kaye
Langill, Tracy Kyle; great-grandsons, Grayson and Brodie Langill;
sisters, Helen Benjamin, Pugwash; Jean Chase, Port Howe, and their
families. She was predeceased by her husband, Glover. Visitation will
be held from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m., today, in Mundle's Funeral Home, 204
Water St., Pugwash (243-2506), from where a Rebekah Lodge Service
will be held this evening at 6:30 p.m. The funeral service will be
held at 2 p.m., Tuesday, February 3, in the Pugwash Baptist Church,
with Rev. David Young officiating. Burial in the Riverside Cemetery,
Wallace River, at a later date. Family flowers only please. Donations
in memory may be made to Canadian Cancer Society, Pugwash Baptist
