TRURO - Stanley Hayward Bartlett, Camden, died Friday following a lengthy illness. He was born at Brookside, Colchester County 61 years ago, a son of the late Robert and Elizabeth Bartlett. He had lived at Stevensville, Ont., moving to Camden a year ago. He was a carpenter by trade. Surviving are his wife, the former Lovella Geddes, Truro; two daughters, Thelma (Mrs. James Parkes), Stevensville, Ont.; Jeraldine (Mrs. Joseph Bonang), Stoney Creek, Ont.; four sisters, Mrs. John Cameron and Mrs. Len Short, Malden, Mass.; Mrs. Izella Whidden, Truro; Mrs. Ethel Merritt, Bible Hill; one half-sister, Mrs. Joseph Conrad, Onslow; two brothers, John, Portland, Me., and Earl, Brookside. Remains are resting at the Mattatall Funeral Home, Truro, from where funeral services will be held Monday at 2 p.m. with Rev. Fleming Holm officiating. Interment in Valley cemetery.
