Obituary: Clayton Langille passed away quietly on January 3, 2024 in the Colchester East Hants Health Centre, Truro. He was the youngest son of Leslie and Mary Langille of Tatamagouche, NS. As well as his parents he was predeceased by brother, Carson; nephew, Leslie; parents-in-law, Laurie and Isabel Matheson, and brother-in-law, Bill Matheson. Clayton is survived by his wife, Beth (Matheson) Langille; daughter, Shelley; nephew, David; niece, Linda; three grandnieces, and several cousins. He is also survived by chosen family, his daughter, Julee MacAfee; son, Rob MacNeil; grandchildren, Molly and Emma Clark, Patricia and Cecile MacNeil, and Savaya Greener-MacLean. Clayton spent his entire working life in the construction industry doing what he loved with 50 years running his own business. He also had the privilege of working construction in Vieux Fort, Saint Lucia, during several volunteer visits where he made many friends and memories. If desired, donations in Clayton's memory may be made to the Kidney Foundation of Canada, Truro, Nova Scotia Chapter. You could also, if you are able, plant an apple tree to honour Clayton.
