BLAIR, Kenneth Morell - 84, Folly Lake, died Tuesday, November 22, 2005, in Colchester Regional Hospital, Truro. Born in Belmont, he was a son of the late Gilbert and Bessie (Donkin) Blair. He was a veteran of the Second World War serving overseas. He was a former employee of the Canadian National Railway where he had worked for many years and a member of the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch No. 72, Great Village. He is survived by sisters, Margaret Tower, Folly Lake; Doris Weeks, Halifax; nieces, Marilyn Buckley (Ronald), Halifax; Patricia Chapman (Perry), Meaghers Grant; nephews, Robert Blair (Brenda), Folly Lake; James Weeks, Las Vegas. He was predeceased by his companion, Gladys MacLeod. Visitation will be held 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. today, with Legion Tribute service at 7 p.m., funeral service 2 p.m. Friday, all in Mattatall Funeral Home, Truro, Rev. Don MacQueen officiating, with a reception to follow in the funeral home. Burial will then be held in Folly Mountain Cemetery, Folly Mountain.
