Obituary: HALIFAX HERALD - 5 DEC 2001
LANGILLE, Gerald Roy - 73, 72 Pine St., Tatamagouche, died December 4,
2001, in Colchester Regional Hospital, Truro. Born in New Glasgow, he
was a son of Daisy (Hubley) Langille, Tatamagouche and the late Roy
Langille (formerly of Malagash). He was a pipefitter and
fisherman all his life and a lifetime resident of Malagash until moving
to Tatamagouche 10 years ago. Surviving are his wife, the former
Donelda Terris; sons, David (Dottie), Byron (Myrtle), Glenn, all of
Malagash; Andrew, Tatamagouche; daughters, Linda Langille, New Glasgow;
Shirley (Ollie) Johnson, Toronto; Gayle (Danny) Boudreau, Wallace; Faye
(Ernie) Langille, New Glasgow; Laura (Ron) Hutchinson; Toronto; 13
grandchildren; two great-grandchildren . He was predeceased by son,
Robert; granddaughter, Stephanie. No visitation by request. Funeral
will be 2 p.m. Thursday in Coulter's Funeral Home, Tatamagouche, Rev.
Bonnie Kelly officiating. Burial in Miners Cemetery, Malagash. Memorial
donations can be made to Lung Association of Nova Scotia or any charity.
