Beloved husband and best friend of Joyce (Cullen). Loving father of John (Eeva-Lisa), Paul, Chuck (Sandi) and Rob (Amanda). Stepfather of Geraldine (Hector) and Pam (Andrew). Dear brother of Marian Osmond Springhill, N.S., Bertha Legere (Ed), Caledonia Ont. and Barb Osemlak (Bob), Thornhill, Ont., brother-in-law to Lou and Jane. Survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren , nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his wife Sharon, daughter Debby, brothers, Peter and Hughie and sisters, Geraldine and Peggy. Don was born in Wallace N.S. and vacationed every summer on the Gulf Shore. Don was a long time employee of Stelco and a member of the Port Dover Lions Club. A Service to Celebrate Don's Life was held on Thursday, January 22, 2009 at 2 p.m. at Grace United Church (Chapman and St. George Sts.). Reverend Frank Walker officiated. Cremation followed.
