He was born March 26, 1955 in Los Angeles, California. He grew up in and lived a majority of his adult life in Torrance, California, he then moved to Slidell, Louisiana, and eventually made Waycross his home in July of 2008. He worked as a FEMA Inspector in Louisiana after Hurricane Katrina. He graduated from college with a Culinary Arts degree and worked the majority of his life as a chef. He worked for Chateau Briand Steakhouse in New Orleans, Louisiana and Blueberry Hill Restaurant in Hoboken. He loved to travel, especially to the beach, and was an avid sports fan. He was preceded in death by his parents, Donald C. Green and Carmen G. Green. Mr. Green is survived by his friend and partner, Suzy Stilwell of Waycross and numerous other close friends. Memorialization will be through cremation.
