Mrs. Roundtree was born in Waycross and was the former Miss Mary Belle Archibald. She had been a resident of Jacksonville since 1929. She was a member of the Springfield Methodist Church. Survivors include her husband; three sons, William J. Roundtree, Edward A. Roundtree and Lester V. Roundtree all of Jacksonville; one sister, Mrs. Sadie L. Whiteman, Jacksonville; one brother, Willoughby N. Archibald, Jacksonville; her stepfather, E. P. Fairchild, Waycross; two half-sisters, Miss Pearl Fairchild, Waycross, and Miss Eunice Fairchild, Daytona Beach, Fla.; a half-brother, E. Parker Fairchild, Waycross, and four grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Monday afternoon at two o'clock at Springfield Methodist Church in Jacksonville. Interment will be in Evergreen cemetery.
