LOUIS, Mo. \emdash Gail Reid Riggs, of St. Louis, Missouri, formerly of Cotuit, passed away on Wednesday, November 13, 2013. She was the beloved wife of Charles Riggs. Gail was born May 17, 1936, at Cape Cod Hospital, the daughter of John A. and Lucretia B. Reid of Cotuit. Gail lived in Cotuit for 20 years. She attended and graduated from Barnstable High School. She and her husband Charles Riggs resided in Clayton, Missouri and Jonesport, Maine. She leaves three children, Leslie Carew of Zyphyr Hills, Florida; Katherine Major of Cotuit, Massachusetts; and Joshua Riggs of St. Louis, Missouri, and four brothers and sisters: Johnny Reid of East Bridgewater, and Leslie Bird, Roger Reid and Jamey Barger of Cotuit.
