Children KEIZER, Ellen Marie KEIZER, Anita Elaine Notes Obituary: Keizer, Sharon Elaine - 70 of Brookfield, passed away suddenly on December 6, 2015 at home in Lower Sackville. Born in Truro on July 16, 1945 to the late Ada and Calvin Fisher. Sharon spent all of her life in Brookfield except for last two years when she moved to Lower Sackville to be close to family. Sharon was a life member of the Brookfield Baptist Church. She enjoyed baking and was well known for her chocolates and fudge. She is survived by daughters Ellen (Keith) O'Brien and Anita (Peter) Fenn; grandchildren Brad, Kyle, Nick and Shannon and son by choice Billy (Joan) Van Tassell, a sister-in-law Linda and brother-in-law Jim; nephews and several cousins. Besides her parents she was predeceased by husband Donald; Donald's parents Ross and Margaret Keizer; brother David Fisher, Brother in law John Keizer, Sister-in-laws Mary Bruce Fisher, Margaret Robinson; nephew Michael Keizer and niece Katie Chisholm. Special thank you to the home support workers of Northwood Home Care. Arrangements have been entrusted to Colchester Community Funeral Home, 512 Willow St., Truro from where the Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, December 12 at 2pm with Rev. Eric MacKinnon, officiating. Reception will follow. Interment will take place in Brookfield Westside Cemetery, Brookfield.
