Patrick passed away on August 23, 2009, at his home in Crooked River Ranch, Oregon, surrounded by his loving family. He will be dearly missed by all who loved him. He was an avid fisherman and loved camping and watching car races on TV. He moved to Portland, Oregon at an early age and then graduated from Milwaukie High School in 1963, and attended Portland State University. He retired from Precision Castparts Schlosser in Redmond, Oregon after 24 years. He was a 20-year resident of Crooked River Ranch, Oregon. He is survived by his loving wife of 32 years, Sally; brother, Gary; children, Tina, Christopher, Melanie and Michael; grandchildren, Shelby, Mikia, Lauren, Haylie, Matthew and Ashton. He was preceded in death by his parents. A Celebration of Life will be held at the Whelan residence on September 12, 2009, at 1:00 pm.
