Married on January 11, 1899 in LaMoure, LaMoure Co., ND Notes Obituary: Mrs. Wm. R. Jones passed away at the Sheyenne Memorial Hospital last Monday morning, April 4, 1960, after a long illness. Ida Angevine was born on November 12, 1869, at Debert, Nova Scotia. She came with her family, the Alfred Angevine family to what is now the Marion community in 1883. Wm. R. Jones and Ida Angevine were married at LaMoure on January 11, 1899, and established their home in Meadow Lake vicinity. Mr. Jones passed away Feb. 11, 1948, and she and her sister Edna Angevine who had been living with them moved into Valley City that fall. She entered Mercy Hospital on Nov. 12, 1957. In the fall of the following year she went to the Sheyenne Memorial Hospital. She leaves several nieces and nephews. Blessed be the memory of this pioneer.
