Born in Berwick (Welton's Corner), she was a daughter of the late Donald Elverston and Doris Elizabeth Anne (Duggan) Ogilvie. Teresa was a cook at the Zeller's restaurant for 25 years where she built a friendship with Violet that lasted a lifetime. Kitty and Frankie, her precious dogs were always making her laugh and she enjoyed taking them for a drive to the ocean. Surviving are her partner of 12 years, Everett; daughter Tammy Ogilvie (Corey Doucette), Grande Prairie, AB; granddaughter Annalise Doucette, Grande Prairie; sisters Nancy, Susan, and Judith. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by Tammy's father, Wayne. A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, April 2, 2025 in Elm Grove Cemetery, Steam Mill.
