She was a daughter of Mae Elizabeth Hatt and the late Everett Hatt of Milton. Besides her husband and mother, she is survived by eight children, daughter Patricia and her husband Peter Menzies of Calgary; son Phillip and his wife Gloria of Sarnia; son James and his wife Patricia of Regina; daughter Dr. Lynn and her husband of Halifax; sons Dennis and Mark of Bridgewater; son Steven, Halifax; and son Gregory at home. She is also survived by her brother Bruce and his wife, Shirley of Labelle and sister Lillian and her husband Lester of Milton; three grandchildren: Ashley Menzies, Jamison Mossman, and Andrew Caley. The funeral servicce was held on Saturday, September 5, 1987 from the Milton Baptist Church and was conducted by Lic. Christopher Ryan with the Reverend Don Ruggles assisting.
