Reverend Neal Petitt will celebrate the Mass. Rite of Committal will follow at Bellevue Memorial Park. Visitation will be held on Monday, July 12, 2021, from 9:00 a.m. until time of services in the Skip Montet Chapel. A Rosary will be prayed at 12:30 p.m. by Deacon Sammy Diesi. It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of Ms. Mackey, age 95, on Monday, July 5, 2021. Billie will be missed dearly by all who knew and loved her. She is survived by her sons, James Donald "Donnie" Dossmann and Carl Dossmann and her daughters, Rose Tujague and husband, Johnny and Denise Dossmann. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, James Donald "Dax" Dossmann, Jr., Jason Tujague, Courtney Tujague, Ashley Rose Theriot, Alicia Faul, Peton Ragsdale and Kaitlin Ragsdale and five great-grandchildren, Alanie, Leslie, Bailey, Ian and Adisen. She was preceded in death by her first husband, L.J. Dossmann; her second husband, C.G. Mackey; her daughter, Clarice Faul; her brothers, James F. Perry and Benjamin Perry; her sister, Georgana Ruffino and her parents, Benjamin and Elda Carriere Perry.
