View Tribute Book STRONG, Laurice Harvey, 76, South Waterville, passed away peacefully on Friday, October 8, 2010 in Valley Regional Hospital, Kentville. Born in South Waterville, he was a son of the late Frank and Della (Taylor) Strong. Laurice lived in South Waterville all of his life where he worked for some of the local farmers. He enjoyed deer hunting in the fall when he was able to do so, and during the past few years he enjoyed driving his electric scooter to visit his neighbors and friends. Laurice is survived by his sister Ester Barteaux, Welland, Ontario, and brother Hartley of South Waterville. Besides his parents, he was predeceased by sisters Pauline Lutz, Edna Magee, and brothers Orley, Harold and Angus. Cremation has taken place and there will be no visitation or service by his request.
